Creek is located on the Green Line (Green Line), one of Dubai's operational metro corridors. This is the final stop on the line, so all passengers alight here. Trains turn around and head back towards e&.

The station layout follows the standard Dubai Metro design – entry gates at street level, ticket counters and machines in the concourse, and platforms accessible via escalators, stairs, or lifts.

The area around Creek station offers good connectivity to local landmarks. Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is about a 20-minute walk from the exit.
