Ghatkopar is located on the Line 1 (Line 1), one of Mumbai's operational metro corridors. This is the final stop on the line, so all passengers alight here. Trains turn around and head back towards Versova.

The area around Ghatkopar station offers good connectivity to local landmarks. R City Mall Ghatkopar is about a 8-minute walk from the exit. Khau Galli Ghatkopar is also within easy reach.
