Olympic Park is located on the T7 (T7), one of Sydney's operational metro corridors. As a terminus station, trains begin and end their journeys here – you'll always get a seat if you board from this end. This is the final stop on the line, so all passengers alight here. Trains turn around and head back towards Olympic Park.

The station layout follows the standard Sydney Metro design – entry gates at street level, ticket counters and machines in the concourse, and platforms accessible via escalators, stairs, or lifts.

The area around Olympic Park station offers good connectivity to local landmarks. Sydney Olympic Park is about a 3-minute walk from the exit.
