Getting to North Head Sanctuary by metro is convenient, though you'll need comfortable shoes for the walk. Here's how:
Board the T2 Inner West & Leppington
Look for trains heading towards Circular Quay. Check the display boards for confirmation.
Get off at Circular Quay
The station is well-marked. Use the main exit towards the street level.
Walk to North Head Sanctuary
